This service covers:

U.S. citizens applying within the U.S., for up to two applications sharing financial documentation.
We review everything ahead of time, then walk through it with you document by document during a live session, flagging anything that could be clearer, stronger, or better organized.

Book your review, and we'll send you a link to a secure portal to upload your file.
You fill in your online visa application, letter of intent, and gather your supporting documents. Get your file as close to appointment-ready as you can. 
We'll also talk through tips, what to expect at the appointment itself, and answer any questions along the way.

But we know this is kinda nerve racking, so if you still have questions, want to double check everything, or just want someone alongside you the first time, that's exactly what this consultation is for.

You'll do this again in future years, so having someone walk you through it the first time means you'll actually learn the process, vs hiring someone to complete it for you, so that’s how we’ve structured this service. 

A note before booking:

you'll need a stable internet connection and be comfortable using Zoom for screen sharing during the live session.
After booking, you'll receive a list of documents that are typically required for renewal on the Long Stay Visitor visa. You’ll also receive a link to our secure portal to upload the documents you plan to submit for your renewal.
We review your documents and email you feedback.

Once you've made any updates needed, you'll book a time to complete the renewal online together, live. 

This is a done-with-you service rather than done-for-you so you walk away knowing how to handle it yourself next time.
